Viridian Weapon Technologies has just unveiled its new Venta Green Dot reflex sight, meant for long guns.
The new Viridian Venta Green Dot reflex sight is an unmagnified optic with a 22 mm objective lens that runs off a single CR2032 battery and provides an estimated 30,000 hours runtime. Its simple reticle consists of a 2-MOA green dot that includes 10 different brightness settings, eight visible and two night vision. For added convenience, Viridian ships all Venta green dot reflex sights with a co-witnessing, standard height 1.41-inch-tall mount.
The Venta borrows the ubiquitous and industry standard Aimpoint Micro T1/T2 mounting footprint for easy compatibility with several mounts and platforms. The Viridian Venta’s external housing is manufactured from sturdy 6061 T6 aluminum and has a standard IPX7 waterproof and dust rating.
