First Look: Langdon Tactical Hellcat Pro and Hellcat Pro Comp Pistols

Langon Tactical Technologies is now adding the Springfield Armory Hellcat Pro and Hellcat Pro Comp pistol models to its lineup of customizable pistols. Langdon Tactical Technologies already customizes a wide variety of handgun makes and models including Glock, Beretta, Heckler & Koch (HK) and others.

The Springfield Armory Hellcat Pro and Pro Comp models are part of Springfield Armory’s slim-frame Hellcat series that consist of thinner, polymer-frame 9mm striker-fired pistols designed around EDC (Every Day Carry), concealed carry and personal protection. Unlike the original Hellcat model, the Pro versions are slightly larger and feed from magazines with higher capacities, while still retaining the slim profile that makes these guns so easy to carry. Springfield Armory Hellcat Pro models also include standard optics-ready slides from the factory that make adding pistol mounted red-dot sights more convenient. In the case of the Hellcat Pro Comp model, it includes a compensator to redirect expanding gasses and help the slide track flatter and allow the shooter to regain their sight picture in between recoil sooner.

Springfield Hellcat Pro and Pro Comp models worked over by Langdon Tactical Technologies include an LTT trigger job along with upgraded trigger parts from fellow Arizona firearms-related small business Apex Tactical Specialties. Combined together, these Hellcat trigger modifications result in a smoother trigger pull (approximately 1 pound lighter than factory standard), a cleaner break, reduced overtravel and shorter trigger reset.

LTT Springfield Armory Hellcat Pro and Pro Comp Optional Upgrades:

  • Oversize Control Kit by Apex: Includes larger slide stop, mag release, and disassembly lever, all available in corrosion-resistant chrome, making the ideal for concealed carry

  • Direct-mount optics cut and carry bevel

  • CHPWS adapter plate: Converts factory RMSc cut to fit Holosun K-series optics.

  • LTT Hogue grip sleeve: Custom-designed to improve the squared-off grip feel

  • Laser Stippling: Adds factory-matched texture to smooth areas of the grip for improved control.

  • Floyd’s magazine well as a separate add-on
