The following are the maximum and minimum scores for male and female Marines taking the Marine Corps Physical Fitness Test.

The following are the max./min. score charts for male and female Marines for each event of the Marine Corps’ Physical Fitness Test (PFT):

USMC Fitness Total Points Score Charts

The PFT has three events: pullups or pushups; plank pose; and a 3-mile run. Movement of Marines from one event to the next should allow adequate time to recover, stretch and drink water.

Marine Corps Pullup Standards (Max./Min.)

The maximum score is 100, and the minimum is 40 for each age group.

Marine Corps Pushup Standards (Max./Min.)

If you don’t want to do pullups, you can do pushups, but pushups will count for only up to 70 points, whereas Marines may receive up to 100 points for pullups:
