First Look: Smith & Wesson M&P Shield X

With enhanced front and rear slide serrations, an extended grip for added capacity and an optic-ready slide, the new M&P Shield X takes Smith & Wesson’s trusted Shield series to the next level.

The integrated front rail allows you to mount lights or lasers for enhanced visibility and target acquisition, while the front and rear slide serrations provide a secure, confident grip for fast, reliable manipulation.

The longer grip is designed to maximize capacity, with 13- or 15-round magazines available. The slide features a flat-plane RMSc/K optic cut, for easy and secure optic mounting, and the unique ClearSight Cut design channels gas away from your optic, helping maintain a clear, unobstructed view while firing.

Smith & Wesson M&P Shield X Features:
