First Look: Charter Arms Pathfinder II .22LR Revolver

Charter Arms has just unveiled the Pathfinder II double-action revolver. This new rimfire revolver chambered for .22LR has a 3.5-inch stainless steel barrel with a vent rib and a high-visibility, orange-ramp front sight. To help save weight, the Charter Arms Pathfinder II’s eight-shot cylinder and frame are manufactured from 7075 series aluminum and anodized with three different colors including olive drab green, stainless and black passivate.

“We couldn’t be happier to offer an update to our hugely successful Pathfinder Target model,” said Nick Ecker, Owner, President and CEO, Charter Arms. “Customers have praised its reliability, accuracy and suitability for both novice and experienced shooters. It’s a great option for plinking, target practice, and even small game hunting.”

Given the .22LR rimfire cartridges they’re designed to fire along with their aluminum construction, Charter Arms Pathfinder II revolvers are compact, only 4.25 inches tall and weighing approximately 20 ounces. Charter Arms Pathfinder II revolvers come outfitted with rubber boot grips which are suitable for a wide variety of shooting applications, whether it’s plinking for fun at the range or being out on the field.
