Singapore-based studio Garena has just announced Palworld Online, a new, officially licensed spinoff that will bring the creature-collecting survival crafting experience to iOS and Android devices. Though an exact release date hasn’t been given just yet, Palworld Online is set to launch sometime in 2026.
Released in early access in January 2024, Palworld has come a long way in the last two and a half years. With just over 40 updates under its belt, Palworld is naturally a much bigger and better game than it initially was. That’s never been truer than it is right now, with Palworld finally receiving its 1.0 version last month, a major update that added a new area, 72 new Pals, new Awakening and Mutation mechanics, and countless improvements affecting the rest of the game.
Palworld Online Officially Announced for Mobile
Now, IP owner Pocketpair is seemingly looking to expand the Palworld franchise in new and exciting ways. Developer and publisher Garena has just announced Palworld Online, a new MMORPG spinoff that “reimagines” the original Palworld experience for iOS and Android devices. According to Garena’s official press release, Palworld Online will launch sometime in 2026, with further details set to be unveiled at a later date.
While Palworld Online is taking direct inspiration from the core Palworld experience, and is an officially licensed project, it will be an original game and not just a mobile port. For instance, Palworld Online will feature an original setting and its own unique story, along with exclusive side quests that add new elements of lore to the Palworld universe.
